Had some trouble with the dough. Followed the recipe and ended up with a very tough dough, not wet at all. Had to add nearly 1/2 cup more water.Sat in the fridge overnight, let it rest on the counter for 1.5hrs, then pressed into a 9x9" pan, brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with rosemary, covered with grated cheddar, and topped with sliced jalepenos.
