This excellent short course with an entusiasthic instructor and easy instructions convinced me of trying this recipes straight away. Thank you so much Chef Peter Reinhart for sharing this great recipe, it tasted like real pizza! Everyone was so impressed!!

Sharing something so nice looking, tasty and quick with friends on a Saturday evening.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Follow the recipe to the letter. Chef Peter advise is better to weight the ingredients.
