This Pattern was in Better Homes & Gardens American Patchwork & Quilting Magazine April 2010, designed by Eleanor Burns of Quilt in a Day. I made a smaller version 47" X 59" and did not do the large scalloped border.

Your quilting is very dense and beautiful. Love your applicate. Is it done by machine or by hand? Beautiful quilt. I want one like it, as it is so cheery.
