Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: 3x 10" 2 x 8" chocolate cakes stacked, carved and covered with ganache and marzipan before covering with Satinice. All flowers were made with gum paste.
What are you most proud of? That the finished item looked so realistic everyone kept asking me where the cake was. They thought they were looking at a flower decoration.
