What advice would you give someone starting this project? I will be teaching the techniques to achieve these looks in a new upcoming craftsy class- be on the look out for Drab to Fab home and patio :)

Looking forward to your class! Love the look of the aged pots.

Distressed and shabby chic...interesting looks. I have buried small ceramic pots for a season. Here in Florida, they acquire a patina after a 'wet' season underground.

I love this look plus it fits so well in most gardens and with almost any other decor. I plan to try this project here in Virginia. Looking forward to the class

My yard and garden are a solid green with real character. I'm looking to change that with some real interesting pots and yard vessels to hold all sorts of plantings that can thrive in the weather conditions of Portland. Lots of rain and cold temperatures in winter. Plus I look to learn all I can to repurpose items that help enhance ones environment and surroundings. I've done some things on my own that have turned out very well, but I look forward to Ann Marie's instruction.
