What was your inspiration?
I was aked to make a cake for a moms birthday that was like a gift more than a cake. I thought of receiving flowers and decided to make a cake that was like receiving flowers and cake in one.
What are you most proud of?
It was the first time making fondant flowers and I love the result.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Stability is a big issie with slim tall cakes. Make sure you give it the right support.
