Hi! I started having trouble accessing the videos and the lovely people at Craftsy help suggested that I download the following browser:http://www.google.com/chrome . It made the whole site work better:D

I had trouble as well. I realised that I had left my e-mail program running and it interfered with the download. I closed the e-mail program and signed out. When I signed in again, it responded better, but the moment I tried to save the download it crashed. I did manage to download the class materials by only selecting the 'open' option. :D Hope this might help :)
