What was your inspiration?
I was making this for our house keeper's birthday. She really loves pink. I thought of trying the technique I just learned as I had some extra royal icing at hand.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You should really be particular with the consistency of your RI. Mine was a bit soft and a little bit runny. I guess that's why it got a bit smudged look. A stiffer RI would have resulted to a more defined look.
