What was your inspiration?
I saw a sample of this quilt in a shop and wanted to make it for myself as I pictured it in my mind. The blue fabric looks like water and is quilted with waves. The sand fabric has subtle swirls in it so you can almost feels the ocean breeze blowing the sand around. The best part is the shoes are my size!
What are you most proud of?
Actually completing a project for MYSELF!! Something I didn't give away!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun with it! I had such a great time choosing the fabrics, ribbons and buttons!
