They do look great. Do they separate like that automatically - or do I need to fold the dough some way first? Thx.

They do it automatically if the dough is not TOO thin and the pan is hot enough.

They look great. You really just used the lean bread dough from the course?

Yes. The trick is getting your dough to the right thickness and sometimes i get it and sometimes I don't.
