What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is my very first project after watching the videos on Craftsy. For a beginner like me, I watched the Sew Retro by Gretchen Hirsch repeatedly to guide me construct the bodice;watched Fashion Design: Bias Draping by Paul Gallo for the flare skirt. I inquired Susan Khalje about the layering of the skirt, the cut and about tulle. Finally, I also inquired Paul Gallo about the skirt construction. The bottom line is to watch as many sewing videos on Craftsy and to get those many tips from the experts that has saved me time and materials to do my project.

I would like to thank Mr Paul Gallo for his inspiring draping techniques in bias design. After watching his class, I realized that 75% of the clothing that attracted me were on a bias.
