What materials did you use? Cotton flannel, linen blend, cotton batting, cotton thread.

What are you most proud of? I'm proud that I remembered to roll the finished edges away from the duvet and the unfinished side toward the duvet so that equal tension was on the top and bottom when I machine sewed the bar tacks to hold it together, and that I repurposed some knitting clips to hold the rolls while I sewed.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Double check that your backing isn't puckered when you're sewing the bar tacks. When sewing the bar tacks, I worked my way down the length of the duvet, opening the safety pins of the entire row first, not cutting the threads between bar tacks to conserve thread, and I dabbed a bit of Fray Chek on the tacks once I'd trimmed the threads to make them secure.
