Chef Lodge and his amazing teaching.
What are you most proud of?
I love the colors. I dropped the largest rose and broke off two back petals. These are practice roses so I decided to use it anyway. I rolled these out by hand but just ordered the roller for my KA. Can't wait to try it again. I love love love doing this.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Watch the class all the way through first, get all your supplies together and like Chef says breathe.
