What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take your time and enjoy the process. Mine weren't perfectly shaped, but they still tasted great. I froze some after shaping them, so I still have a dozen more to bake for this weekend.
It's a two day process, and I look forward to making these again. :)
This Craftsy class is so much better than just finding a recipe somewhere. The instructor gives very detailed information on what you're doing and why you're doing it.
