What was your inspiration?
I've dabbled in bread making but never followed directions like I should have. Now I know why my bread was just so-so. I made this as close to the instructions as I could with the tools I had (no stone), and wow, it's by far the best bread I ever made. I can't wait to to make the rest of the breads in the series.
