What materials did you use? Louet's top whorl spindle and Kraemer's Mauch in Spearmint Chunky Roving

What are you most proud of? The progress I made as I gained experience. The second ply I spun was way more consistent.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Predrafting was really the key for me to get good consistency. If the long draft method doesn't work for you try park and draft or the short draw method to find which works best for you. Don't worry about mistakes they just give your yarn more character.

beautiful!! it looks like one single is a bit thicker and one thinner - were those your first and second attempts? those made for a really beautiful yarn!!

Thank you. I'm so happy it looks like yarn. Yes, first and second attempts. I had a lot of trouble drafting to start and it took me awhile to figure I could go pretty thin without breaking.
