What are you most proud of? That I listened to Kaye and did not iron or pin anything. I'll continue to practice with this method, as it does seem more straightforward. The result isn't perfect (all sloppiness due to my inexperience with machine sewing I'm sure, not due to the quality of the course), but it's the first time I sewed anything on a machine, so I'm impressed that it's the perfect width (the length is 3/16th inch short though) and it does resemble the original block : )

first quilt block ever. I stored it folded in half and it got distorted upon ironing.
