Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Evan's butter/shortening double crust recipe with savory filling: kale, celery, broccoli, onions, garlic, veggie sausage, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, two eggs, salt, pepper.

A successful experiment in savory pie making. Thank you Evan for the very wonderful class. Your very clear instructions were immensely helpful. This is my first pie and I'm already started on experiment #2: leek, Gruyere cheese and mushroom pie.
