What was your inspiration?

Everyone else that has posted so far in the block of the month

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

struggled to sew the circles. I think next time I will use invisible thread

Thanks. When I started the quilt I had no idea how many bits of material we would need as it was my first ever quilting project. Needless to say I have developed a fetish for buying fat quarters> Most of the colours in these blocks came from a Moda Jelly Roll. Wish I knew what it was called. Threw the wrapping away! lol

oh me too, I have so much material I could make 20 quilts. I am just doing a quilt with moda cherish pieces, but I am not finding it that easy, the pieces seem to stretch real easy and the edges are really fluffy (even though they are cut with pinking shears) I know it takes longer but I think I will go back to cutting my own pieces up.
