What are you most proud of? I am most proud of the rich delicious taste of the Italian meringue buttercream that I learned to make from Jenny McCoy here on Craftsy.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Following the directions exactly for the meringue and it will be perfect. Its not difficult like some people say.
