I used a plastic wine glass as a mold for the gumpaste chalice and then made the base separate when dry attached with gum glue and embellished it with zigzag patterns. Air brushed with gold and added blue bead candy for jewels. (important - use plastic wine glass where the base comes off of the stem.)Difficulty:

Fondant covered bottom tier with quilting and edible image bible quote. Top tier covered in fondant with fondant runner brushed with gold luster dust. Bible is cake with leather look fondant and gold accents. Gumpaste rosary beads and chalice.
