Such fun! Really enjoyed making this. I have used a combination of Laura's designs and ideas with a few of my favourite flowers. The course inspired me to hand dye some cotton for the background, as well.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I love the flowers in my garden. It is winter here (at time of writing), so thought some of my favourite flowers in bright colours would cheer me up. Laura's beautiful quilting style and her designs inspired me to hand dye some backgound fabric and buy some decorative blades for my rotary cutter.
What are you most proud of?
I am really pleased with the colours I have used. The project has made me think more about design and use of colour. I have tried to repeat and reuse those colours in different parts of the composition.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun - great course! I have learned SO much!
