I substituted elastic for grosgrain ribbon when making the holding straps, partly as I have no easy access to this ribbon and partly as I think it offers greater flexibility for fitting the e-reader.I eliminated the back pocket as I didn't want to cover the lovely velvet fabric!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't forget the fleece! I missed the instruction to add the fleece right at the beginning and only remembered in the nick of time before I put the thing together.
