Here are some details about my project:

What materials did you use? I used a dark teal stretch cotton twill. I used a cotton print for the inside facing. This was the class pattern, Vogue 2948 size D except at waist where needed to widen at waistline on waistband in relation to lower waistband. The stretch twill grew on me around the waistband while wearing so I ended up going back and sewing 5/8" elastic to upper waistband.

What are you most proud of? Forcing myself to rip out the triple topstitching to go back and insert the elastic so they would fit better.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't forget to interface the waistband pieces. I did but had stay-taped the top seam and interfaced the inside facing piece plus used a more stable cotton for the inside facing but it still stretched when wearing it.
