What materials did you use? practice and play. it is definitely something you need to use your body for and the only way to really learn it is by doing it so don't get impatient.

What are you most proud of? I got a really good deal on some merino,silk and bamboo blended top roving, which is really lovely to handle.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I was just learning to spin on a drop spindle! I learned a lot about how much twist to put in, came up with some fun ways to make the spinning time last -- I use my toes to park the spindle so I can draft and spin the whole length of my body before winding up.
