What are you most proud of? I'm SO proud of this whole cake! First of all, the Chevron print! It wasn't easy at all , it being my very first attempt at a Chevron pattern but I learned ALOT from doing it myself and am sure the next one will be much easier. Secondly, the signature flower! I'm very proud of how well it turned out and also I used the template to make the Initial plaque I used on this cake.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch Jessica closely and take notes. Remember what she said about lining the bottom of your wax paper (using the edge that was cut from the roll) with your chevron pattern so that it will be sitting level on the bottom of your cake. If possible do the Chevron print on a fondant cake instead of a Buttercream one like I did.
