No special instructions other than GO FOR IT! I found this course an EXCELLENT way to learn. A couple of notes to self (and anyone interested): Learn how to do the "invisible" double crochet at the beginning of the row. The gap the regular DC created really yanked my chain. GO FOR IT! (And don't pick ugly colors to work with because you just might finish it! :) )

Very cute sweater! I like the ribbons. I love buttons but I'm hesitant to use them on my sweater (in progress) since it's for my 9-month-old granddaughter.

I am going to be apologizing profusely to the baby and the parents for the yarn selection. Good gravy, it looks like the baby spewed split pea soup all over herself. Must not have been one of my better days when I went to select the yarn.
