Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used the baguette recipe in the class materials, I didn't have bread flour however, so I used all purpose

Watched the introduction and then lesson on equipment. What's nice is how he talks about substitutes for things like the baking stone. Still nervous about the 'C' loaf was not thrilled when he mentioned it as a sticky dough but we will see.
