That is gorgeous!!! Next time let the top brown a little more. How did it taste?

It was so yummy, a family member who "dislikes Apple Pie," ate over half the pie. The all butter crust was so light, flaky, and sweet. I agree, the top should be browned more. I had a fear of "brown" going on....
