What was your inspiration?
A birthday cake I was commissioned to make for a 2 year old - "He just likes Fire Engines". Recently went on a course in the UK with Liz Aplin at Squires Kitchen School. Used these principles to make Fireman.
Also bought a template for the Fire Engine from Treasured Templates http://www.treasuredtemplates.co.uk/ - template is for paper craft, but really helped me in cutting dimensions for cake.
What are you most proud of?
That the Fireman still stands at that my two year old saw this cake and said "MUM! Fire Engine! Beautiful!"
