What materials did you use? This one is a mix of Joel Dewberry (plaid) and 2 of Amy Butler's prints. All home decor weight cotton.

Beautiful! I am considering this class since the many slipcover books have not inspired me to make any slipcovers! I have wanted to cover my chair and sofa for years ! It seems hard.

Cathie, I appreciate you giving voice to your hesitations. I think we all have been there. Following written instructions can be a little tiring. I think all of the students who are taking this course would tell you I keep it light and fun. It is much easier than you think. It's almost like having me there holding your hand. You can do it!

Cherie, would I be able to adjust lessons from this class to slipcover a smaller couch? I was looking for a Craftsy class that address this but didn't find one. I figured a smaller sofa is just an oversized chair and thought I would ask. Thanks

Yes, for sure this can all translate to a couch. And I am here to help you. If your couch is a wingback or has a camel hump back, then do the wingback class. If the back is straight like this chair, then do this class.
