What are you most proud of? They are pretty and totally delicious and now you can make them too!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use a good quality almond paste and check the expiration date. It is also available at all the usual online sources. Do not store it in the refrigerator - wrap leftovers as tight as possible and keep at room temperature.
