What was your inspiration?

I wanted to explore adding fine texture to dried clay.

What are you most proud of?

They are so lacy and delicate. They change depending on what angle you are viewing them from.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun experimenting with all the different types of pattern you can draw with your needle tool. Draw a few out on paper before you begin, or look at a magazine or nature for inspiration.
