What was your inspiration?
I felt like a change from knitting socks, and although the rib (and number of cast on sts.) was the same, I ended up with fingerless mitts! I have knitted some gloves 'with' fingers, and although they turned out pretty well, they were a bit fiddly, so I thought these would be much easier to make. They are great for driving or cycling, but if it's cold, you do have to tuck your fingers inside!
What are you most proud of?
I love knitting/crocheting cushion covers as I can see these every day! :)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
They aren't difficult, but if you're used to knitting socks in the round, they will be easy.
