Hi there! I have not yet enrolled yet and would like to know whether I would be able to make tomato jam after reviewing the courses? Or did you do the tomato jam with the cook book? please let me know :3

I made tomato jam from the recipe in the cookbook. For me the class was essential to watch first because the tips and techniques are what make the recipes successful. Hope this helps!

The class has lemon marmalade, strawberry jam and blackberry jam from beginning to end.

People I have given it to as a present seem to like it. It's quite a surprise to eat a sweet tomato spread!
