What materials did you use? cotton hand dyed by me, all sorts of fibers, hand embroidering, beading, crystals, free motion quilting, poly batting, and white cotton backing.

Thanks for a great class Carol! I enjoyed it and learned I will never be a great header or hand embroiderer. But I love the stitches on my Designer Diamond.

I added some free motion feathers just because. They are stitched with red thread.

Thanks Carol. I finally bound and finished the piece and it's now hanging on my wall. I loved doing this project and plan on many more. I think I will try a larger piece next time.
