What was your inspiration?
To knit a classic but interesting sock for my fiance. Also, inspired by Ted Mosby's character on How I Met Your Mother.
What are you most proud of?
The way the pattern interacts with the hand-dyed, variegated yarn.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be afraid! There's a photo tutorial included in the pattern for knitting the cuff sideways and joining it together to knit the body of the sock. It's simpler than it looks.
