Instructions
Step 1: Create a small "Festive Flower" from my "Festive Fabric Flower" workshop & add some bling!Step 2: Hand-curl some peacock feathers with a butter knife. (similar to curling ribbon).
Step 3: Glue it all together, mount a shoe clip on the back.
Step 4: Dress to the nines, put your clips on your shoes and glide in to the room while everyone admires!
