Felted cell phone/iPod case
InstructionsA no-brainer do-it-yourself pattern: I started with a toe-up sock cast-on (30 st total, as I remember), worked in the round until the piece was as long as I wanted, bound off half the stitches then knit the remaining 15 stitches back and forth in stockinette until the flap was the length I wanted. To finish I hand-felted it until it fit my phone.
Type of item: Functional

Lamb's Pride wool, 10.5 US circ needles and a hook-and-eye catch I found at our local JoAnn's store.
