What was your inspiration?
No need for a pattern here - just a plate from the kitchen to draw a nice circle. If you don't sew, you could easily glue this pizza together. My daughter loves putting her own pizza's together. When she was really little I used it like a game to work on counting (how many mushrooms are on the pizza) and colors.
