What are you most proud of?

The colours I chose. I've not put blues and yellows together like this before and I like the results.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take the course. You'll enjoy it. The method for making these HST's is easy and quick, with no waste of fabric.

I noticed it different so did my friend but I only did one triangle wrong but we both changed them

I congratulate you on taking the time to change your triangle. Normally, that's what I'd do, too. Just not this time, for this month's BOMs. :-). :-)

Love that you don't care what everyone says, but are brave enough to let it hang. Good for you. In the larger scheme of things, an original is ok.

Thank you kindly. :-) I'm a quilter, a quilt designer, and editor of The Quilt Pattern Magazine. I've done it long enough to know that mistakes can be happy happenstances, and that as long as we like and enjoy our results, that's all that matters. Perfection is not always a requirement. :-)

I almost did that VERY THING...but caught it at the last minute. I say leave it, and when the whole quilt is finished, it'll be like your little secret! :)

Goodness! I don't think I would have noticed! And, I thought I'd been so careful, too. Well, I have 2 choices: the frog stitch or leave it. I've decided to leave it. It's wrong, but I actually like it better this way. What will you do? - Thanks very much for pointing it out.
