Instructions
Using the February BOM Chevron pattern, I enlarged the 12" block to a 16" block. Put three blocks in a row, and added HST piecing on both sides of the blocks to form the squares. Then just added fabric to both sides of the pieced chevrons and I have a 38" x 48" quilt top ready to be quilted and bound.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
Amy's sweet February 2012 Chevron Block of the Month Pattern! I was hunting for an idea for baby quilt, and when I saw the February Chevron Block, I thought it would be just right. I enlarged it and repeated it three times to get the size I wanted. Thank you Amy for the ispiration!
What are you most proud of?
The fact that I could use this fun and free BOM program to create a cute quilt for my niece!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I hope to write up the pattern and submit it to Craftsy's free indy pattern program. Yardage will be included.
