What was your inspiration?
Well, I did it! My third knitted item is finished, and I think it looks pretty good. It was not as wide as I expected, but the pattern gives the pattern multiple; so I'll make a bigger one next time. I got to do extra yarn overs and knit two together and use some pretty stitch markers (we know that's what it's all about!). lol. I ended up trying the Continental style of knitting, and it worked a lot better than the throwing method, especially because holding the yarn with my left hand felt more natural since I've been crocheting for many years. I am in love with this pattern.

I knitted again!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't knit too tightly. Make sure the width is acceptable before you start to add more rows.
