What are you most proud of? How each feather turned out. They are each so unique!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have at least some basic quilting skills under your belt. You will be working with angles and it can be frustrating if you don't know how to match them up. Also, take your time. There are many steps but all worth it in the end.

Great pictures, too! We are bound for snow again in Denver. I need to make more quilts. This feather pattern is beautiful! Great work!

Thank you. Yes, I hear the Farmer's Almanac says to expect a very cold winter too! We all need to make more quilts! ;)

I don't make quilts myself but think this is one of the most beautiful and original I've seen. Sent the pattern to my sister. Here's hoping!

Aw, thanks! You are so nice. Hope she'll make you a feather quilt! It's a fun quilt to put together. Maybe you can both work on making one?

Thanks! I knew I wanted blue and Anna Maria Horner suggested I use the gray as well. :)

Thank you Scheri! I was so happy to complete it! It's a fun pattern and now it is being used on my 7 year olds bed. It makes me smile every time I see it. Will you be making a feather quilt?
