This project is pretty easy, I made it up myself (I usually like to follow tutorials). Here's what to do:1. My feathers came already taped together nicely, if you are assembling your own feather "bundle" just use some floral tape at the base to hold them together.

What was your inspiration?
I LOVE long dangle earrings - but the one pair I own cost me $20. I don't usually see nice ones that I like for less, and I just don't have the funds to buy as many as I'd love to wear... Sooo, that got me thinking about how to make my own. Turns out, it wasn't too difficult!
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the fact that I made this design myself. I usually follow other people's tutorials, at least to get a starting point. I have ideas in my head, but usually struggle to turn them into reality without more guidance. I love crafting - but my skills are amateur level. I'm really proud to have figured this out on my own & have my first attempt turn out so well!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be afraid to simply TRY IT! I really don't think there's any way to ruin this project. If you make a mistake, chances are, you can fix it (or at least take it apart & start over.) Be creative! If you think of a way to customize it & make it better, or easier, AWESOME & please share these ideas!
Once you've made them, expect all of your friends to want them too - they are so much fun to wear!
