What materials did you use? This is some additional information for students who wish to make a full bust adjustment to patterns that have an under bust dart such as: Petite Plus Patterns Shapely Shirt #104 and McCall Patterns Dress #M6557

It seems the instructor doesn't answer questions posted here, but maybe someone who's taken the class can tell me. I have a problem fitting the bust area of patterns that have an empire waist. Way too often the seam which should be below or under the bust ends up on my breasts because there isn't enough room in the pattern for a 32D cup bra. Has anyone got a fix for this, or can anyone tell me whether this class addresses and resolves this problem satisfactorily?

DO the same as full pattern piece, its just a smaller piece, but alteration is the same. Once you add the about you need for the bust, it will drop the front of the empire seam and give you the extra length you need.

You are correct, the instructor doesn't normally answer questions here, but here I am! Yes, this would be a good class for you to take for your fitting situation. With your 32D bust, you will need to do a full bust adjustment. This adjustment will give you more room over your fuller bust - width & length without increasing the back.

Hi, there is not a direct answer to this question, but Cathline Chetham shows how to lower the bust point with a full bust. An to me it seems that a lower bust point might be your problem. If you lower the bust point you would have to lower the seam accordingly. So I think this class might help you.
