The pattern is a simple rectangle (length of the skirt X double the width, plus seam allowance) One seam at the back. I added all the faux pleats before sewing the back seam. Then either sew an elastic band or make a cordinating fabric waist band and run elastic band inside.My pattern for a 3 months baby was:
Skirt: 25 inch X 8,5 inch.
Waist band: 25 inch X 3 inch
