What was your inspiration?
I love to recycle and create new things from what would have been thrown away. Toilet paper tubes and paper towel tubes are perfect for using a quilling technique to create faux filligree and wrought iron.
What are you most proud of?
The gate looks rusty and old.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Save up a bunch of toilet paper tubes! Use a cutting board with a graph to help keep the lines even in this project.
