What are you most proud of? I love this design! I used every scrap of the blue fabric. When I laid out the first blocks it looked good but too plain, so I made the blocks with purple and red. They popped and it looked great. When I made the red blocks I got the measurements wrong and the blocks were too small. I re-made the blocks and then used the "wrong" pieces to make bits of the border. No waste! My patchwork group donates quilts for children who have been fostered and don't have many of their own possessions - called community quilts. This quilt will be a community quilt.

Love it Becky and the red and purple fabrics really do make it pop. Some child is going to absolutely adore this.

This is wonderful - I'm even more encouraged to try this design after seeing your version of it! Thanks for sharing - exciting work!
