1. Cut card stock into card size that you would like. I did mine A2 card size and in black. Cut an 8-1/2 X 11 piece of card stock in half, then score each and fold each in half. This gives you two cards, by the way.
2. Cut an orange card stock square to fit on the front, leaving a black "frame" around it. Instead of cutting the bottom, tear it to leave a jagged edge.
3. Cut an orange card stock square for the inside of the card as well, but cut it slightly smaller to leave room for an accent piece on the left.
4. Ink the edges of the orange paper with black ink. It's okay to get a little sloppy on this part. This will give it that extra "creepy" look!
5. Stamp a spider web in the corner.
6. Stamp three little monsters on "haloweeny" colored card stock. Cut out the monsters. For the glossy papers, you may want to use permanent ink, such as StazOn.
7. Lay your monsters down and see where they fit the best. Attach the two outside ones flat to the paper, and attach the middle one with pop dots to give it a three-dimentional look.
8. Now give them a "floor" to stand on by adhering a velvet black ribbon under their feet. Wrap the ribbon around the edge of the orange paper to hide the ends.
9. Stamp the sentiment under the ribbon, "What's hiding under the bed?"
10. Glue down the orange paper to the front of the black card.
Now for the inside...
1. After you've inked the orange card stock, stamped the sentiment and attached the card stock to the card, it's time to make the accent.
2. Use left over paper from the little monsters... ink the edges of the paper and even push the ink pad on the top of the paper at an angle to make the lines.
3. Cut little rectangles of varying sizes.
4. Run them through a xyron sticker maker, or glue each one and attach them vertically overlapping on the left side of the inside.
Have fun giving these out at Halloween! They are even better with a little bag of candy corn!!1. Cut card stock into card size that you would like. I did mine A2 card size and in black.
